Highbough can memorise only two spells per day... which will he leave off?

He has no need to leave any food behind, for he doesn't have any supplies to speak of

All but one day of his rations
His spare outfit of clothes
Grappling hook and 60' of rope
One of his original daggers (now replaced by Grumolg's letter opener)
Grumolg's snuff box (wrapped in the dwarf's clothes so as to be invisible to prying Goblin eyes)
The vial he removed from the letter opener (also wrapped in clothes)

He'll also make sure that the holy water he has (two vials) is on his bandoleer, not in his pack.

Ways, can you confirm he still has 10 of 12 nips left in his hip flask?
Dorgan's rations are down to the last few, dry mouthfuls (enough for one meager meal).

The Holy water is in two clay flasks, each containing a pint or so of liquid. These are on leather shoulder straps, and are each big enough to create a reasonably splash.

I will confirm what's left in his hip flask after work tonight.

Backpack, with rations
Waterskin, 2

Crowbar
Shovel
60ft of loyal silk rope and light weight, spring-loaded grappling hook

As well as 25 silver pieces, in case he needs cash at all. (The rest of his money is located under a loose floorboard in his room, but only he knows that.)
Very good. Everything is "light" to Dieter, but today his rations are especially light. He has an apple and a heel of bread, which might do for a single meal.

OK, he will memorize Highbough's Torrefaction and The Trammel.

And may he please have a clove of garlic too, fair maiden?

The company is made ready.

Bennug stands on the front porch taking final orders for the house as the troop marches up the path, opens the front gate and heads up the cobbled street toward the temple. They are a sight to behold indeed!

Ladies and gentlemen, merchants and tradesmen upon Eagle street move hastily aside, gasping and gawking as the armoured column trudges noisily by.

Gustave, regaled in his shining plate mail, leads the way, waving happily and smiling enormously to the shocked and awed public. The others have variously grim and determined faces, and some few (Highbough and Desmond/Mondes) high beneath their hoods.

Soon enough Eagle street is behind them, and the Temple is visible at the top of the hill along Church street. As they march on toward the graveyard, a gaggle of four or five street urchins take to following them, squealing and laughing as they play at imitation. Other folk avoid them, steering well clear of whatever trouble all this is, and set to gossiping the moment the company have passed.

In another ten minutes, the company reaches the craggy cemetery walls and approach the gate. The urchin won't follow inside the bone yard, instead running off laughing, to continue their game elsewhere...

As the company stops marching, there is a sudden quiet. Their boot and armour and gear are no longer thumping like hammers upon anvils.

It is afternoon. The sky is blue with patchy cloud rolling lazily by, but does not threaten rain. Ahead, the tomb yard is still and silent.

What now?

Josiane passes Highbough a bud of garlic with a smile and a curtsey.

"It is unfortunate that our passing is marked by so many," she says ruefully; "I fear our enemy will be informed swiftly of our assault."

She marches up to the tomb, casting a careful eye over the graves and the surrounding area to see if there has been any change since last she looked upon them.

"We would do well to ensure this door can be opened from within before we proceed," she suggests to the others; "It would go ill with us to be trapped in here."

Did she recognise any of the urchins capering after them? She would like to speak with them if she does..

Ulric stays in the center of his well-armored comrades. As they proceed through the cemetery he keeps his eye out for the disturbed graves.

"A wise idea Josiane. Who will venture inside first?"

OOC: Ulric leaves behind his change of clothes, bedroll, chalk, ink, quills, blank parchment, and empty bottles. He takes all of his books, maps, scrolls, full pouches and flasks, and all of his money in addition to his other gear.

Just FYI for the group: Ulric has a lantern, 3 flask of oil, a steel mirror, 1 flask of holy water, and 2 days fresh rations among his equipment.
