He lights a torch to see by, and pokes at anything suspicious with his dagger.

The wierd looking foreigner is pointing toward the hag-door, and the god-hugger disappears through it as he rouses himself and climbs to his feet.

He puffs his moustache at the audacity of the Man and, growling quietly into his beard, scurries after him.

Akbar follows The Herald and the others into the room.

Fried resumes his place in the order of match with the others.

The Herald steps across the room and opens another door. Beyond, a passage turns sharply left then runs about 20ft to open archway that facilitates access into a much larger space. The Herald can't see much of it from his position, but he knows immediately that it must be lit by several torches. And he knows immediately that an ominous pong lingers like a veil...

Meanwhile, in the ante-chamber behind him, Dopey the Hobbet pokes thru an unlikely motley of dead rodent parts, candle stubs, crumbling parchment, corroded vials, withered mushrooms, moldering rocks and husks of insects, and other indescribables that line a filthy, 4in wide stone shelf along the wall... there is nothing he's tempted to "collect"; rather it is a most repulsive assortment of oddities that threatens to turn his belly.
