And suddenly, there comes a quiet over the West Hall once more.

All that can be heard for a moment is the heavy breathing of the fighters. They have been tested. And been found equal to the task.

What now, gentlemen?

Norin hops up and down a few times, holding his war hammer high above his head.

He's either recently stubbed his toe (probably on a troll) or he's dancing a jig.

Then he immediately goes about searching the nearest troll body for any valuables. If nobody else starts searching the others, he'll search them, as well.

It is a famous victory indeed, for although Trolls are dull witted, they are notoriously hard to kill.

However, it has not been without cost. Both Sili the Dwarf and Dernfara of Westfold are sorely wounded, and Grim of Dunderland lies slain, while Vestri lies dying in Eremin's hands.

"Hepti wipe the juice of victory from your face, once your brethren can stand, you must help him back to camp to recuperate. As for me I have a headache but I shall carry on and carry brave Vestri's torch with honor."

Legandir listens to the moans of the injured impassively as he sends an acute eye over the battered bulk of the trolls.
He returns his arrow to one of the quivers strapped across his back, and sits crosslegged on the stones, his head bowed and breathing heavy.

Elindir takes this time to heal his wounded companions, even the ruddy dwarves. "Keep watch, dwarf," he spits to no one in particular.

"Victory at last!", cheers Eohild. She will examine the troll body to make sure its dead and not regenerating. Then search the body.

Sli son of Vli speaks encouraging words to his fallen fellow Dwarf, Vestri, but bold though he is, there is a worried frown upon Sili's battle-stained brow.

Lomeluin the Elf comes hither to examine the Dwarf's wounds...

...by his healing craft, Lomeluin judges that the hardy Dwarf will survive this injury, though unaided it will take him several days to recover.
