I'm not sure what "old D&D" you refer to, but yes; leather armour is considered to be non-magical armor. Just like the oldest D&D, I assure you

I have activated your PC sheet heartless, and emailed you some further info for your PC.

Because you are going treble classed, you'll begin play with the best of your three individual class hp throws:

As a Fighter: 1+2 HD; so 1 # d6 → [5] yields 7,
As a Medium: 1 HD; so 1 # d6 → [5] yields 5,
As a Sister: 1 HD; so 1 # d6 → [1] yields 4.

So you'll begin play with 7 hp.
