Unless I am informed otherwise in the next 24 hours, I'll presume that everyone ahead of Faengol on the mud mad is going to rush into the room swinging. Faengol, Arian, and Kianna will follow behind them into supporting positions. Zax and Akbar will remain at the stair, sampling pipe weed...

Akbar, having spied no enemy movements from his hiding place by the entrance, decides perhaps it's time to catch up with the others. He looks at Zax the gnome and gestures down the stairs with his pipe, as if to ask, "Shall we?"

Then raising his shield he rushes into the room ready to take down Ogres! He'll lay into any, and all, within his reach!

You have the appropriate actions for
Faengol. He will only engage if behind a foe with zero chance of being noticed or struck back. Otherwise, he will wait behind the attackers, possibly looking for a chance to cast his spell. If more than half the group falls in the first two rounds, running is a valid option (feets don't fail me now!).

Akbar, the pipe, then his ice-pick.
