Arbenbard ponders the strip... what type of metal is it?
Now that Arbenbard kneels to examine the course of metal inlaid in the floor, and clear some of the eons of black grime and filth from the surface, he suspects -- curse this feeble light -- that the metal is likely steel. In fact, he now notes that there is a filth filled groove in the stone, roughly one inch wide, which runs directly along side the strange piece of metal. This work seems to carry on as far as he can see... oh, for some better light!crusssdaddy wrote:Arbenbard ponders the strip... what type of metal is it?
Lmluin moves forward to examine the lantern. Would it be possible to light it?waysoftheearth wrote:Now that Arbenbard kneels to examine the course of metal inlaid in the floor, and clear some of the eons of black grime and filth from the surface, he suspects -- curse this feeble light -- that the metal is likely steel. The great lantern is at least four times as large as a hand-held device of the same name, and suspended 16ft overhead, hanging from the dark stone ceiling. It might be possible to light it... if one could reach it.doctorx wrote:Lmluin moves forward to examine the lantern. Would it be possible to light it?
"Do any in our company bear rope and grapple?" calls out Lmluin.waysoftheearth wrote:The great lantern is at least four times as large as a hand-held device of the same name, and suspended 16ft overhead, hanging from the dark stone ceiling.
