If I knew he was down there, there'd be no debate. Dorgan would be down there looking for him right now. It's only because I didn't actually witness him drop into the courtyard that Dorgan is feeling all this angst about his actions.
Ah, OK. I guess I didn't realize you were next to him.

Then your reaction is appropriate!

But... we still have options, hopefully, at this point. First priority is to get rid of the golem with laserbeam eyes so we don't all get incinerated.

With the Tar Fiend now on the wall, and seemingly unstable as it moves along the top, let's see if we can make it more unstable and maybe even pull it off! Maybe it'll break if we can get it to tumble from the parapet to the ground. Even if it doesn't break, it should give us an opportunity to mob it and get in some bashes before it can recover. :)

Edited Dorgan's actions (in a new post) to reflect his attempt to help knock the Fiend off the wall.

If we really mean to try and take this thing down here and now I guess I'd be willing to burn my gazeback scroll and try to get it to eye beam me.... Too bad I never wrote the spell in my book. Is this what we want to do?

I say we throw everything we can at the tar fiend. If we can draw it out, Ulric can cast Web on it's legs and maybe trip it up. I doubt my fire-based spell will have any effect.

I just hate to see those nice walls getting messed up.

Sounds like a noble way to burn up a scroll, Mike.

I'd say this is exactly the scenario you were saving that scroll for...

I would, too.

Please advise soonest if you're using the scroll, as Dorgan will avoid making a nuisance of himself and get in Wen's way.

It will take me a full round to read it so not sure that Dieter and Dorgan can stop their heroics. I just hope they live, but here goes nothing.
