She scrambles back up the rope, takes up the lantern and passes it down to its owner. Once this is done she climbs down once more and sets about tending to the wounds of the others.

Clambering up the 40ft or so of rope hand over hand is a feat of some strength... (1d6=2) and Josiane struggles to haul herself up. She can't get past halfway!

Perhaps if she were to abandon her pack and arms, or her armour she might make the climb...
