Maloof stands back, so as not to get in the way of the attackers.

Wiglaff joins the fight and orders Wodan to do likewise.

Sorry to be a bit obtuse here. It sounds like you will be entering the room to fight the lizard. The upside to this is you can have multiple attackers on the lizard. The downside is you will then have to deal with the other lizards. The other approach is to hold the door, but then you can't use your numbers, and the lizards could probably squeeze by.

So who all is entering the room to attack the first lizard? I have Wiglaff and Wodan, Rhod and Aldbane. Anybody else? Grampus?

Using the magic sword Grampus jumps in to slash the head off the lizard from under the throat. He beckons the group to follow.

Wiglaff, Wodan, Rhod, Aldbane and Grampus pile into the room to attack the lizard; the rest of the mercs guard the spellcasters in the corridor, where Franklin and Sconces stand watch.

The lizard's scales are tough, but two prodigious chops from Wiglaff and Grampus kill the beast.

The other two lizards are now charging at the players, and will contact next round
