Okay, Olaf will have his armor cleaned, oiled and repaired for 14 sp. If he has the money he'll buy (in this order) 1. a helmet, 2. a small shield, 3. a Short Bow and 4. 20 arrows. Then if he has even more money, he'll buy a flask of oil, a coil of rope, 12 spikes, and a 4' pole.
