				I am not sure, can I dump the oil this round? No one has said "nay, don't do it",  

 but I wasn't sure if prepping the stuff was the end of the round for

				Ask forgiveness, not permission!
Our standard burning-oil procedure is this: Noh can douse the creature with oil on round 1, and spark it on round 2. Or, if Bilfur assists with the lighting-on-fire, it could be a single-round action. I think that would be totally in-character for Bilfur!
