Recognising the incoming hobgoblins and not wanting to meet them again, Flewellen, unleashes the The Mellifluent Concord. Once the spell has gone off, Flewellen will shout, "flee you fools, and forget our existence."

Ulric stares at the effect of his spell, then grunts as Olaf points to more hobgoblins coming from the north. He sets another sling stone and sends a shot toward the breach hoping to hit one of them or at least to keep them pinned down. He then hears a shout from below he does not recognize but feels the familiar release of mystical energy.

OOC: Corrected for direction.

"On the flank, Anwyn!" Olaf shouts as he turns and shoots his arrow at one of the Hobs entering the courtyard from the north. Once he shoots his arrow he nocks another and continues firing at these two targets until they are down.

Mads would have risked wearing the belt and having it hidden under his clothing as opposed to leaving it behind on the ground or in a easily search-able bag. >

He decides to keep hold of the doorway, as keeping Ulric, Olaf and Anwyn on high ground is one of the few combat advantages they hold to possible superior numbers. However, if the enemy goes after Caine, Victor, Taines, or Crystin (while they're asleep) he'll move up to engage and protect them from danger.

Flewellen's view of the courtyard is almost entirely filled by the sight of a brave fighting-Man (Dieter) locked in mortal combat with a huge Hobgoblin Captain. Scattered about at their feet there must be a dozen bodies -- these fellows must be mighty warriors indeed!

Flewellen won't be able to see or target a couple of Hobgoblins waaaay off in the background unless he risks sneaking into the courtyard behind the fighters first. Is this your intent?

Just to clarify -- the Hobgoblins that have not fallen to Ulric's sorcery are approaching from the north. It is early afternoon yet, but you call tell by the slant of the dull autumn sun that east is "up" on the mud map.
