To be clear, it will be Grampus and Ori in the front row, bot Grampus and another PC?

Ori will join Grampus in the front row unless another PC is interested, which would take priority.

Having slain three goblins in the initial fray, Wiglaff is content for the dwarfs to go first.

Maloof is also in no urgent need to smash goblins, and will allow the dwarves their fun.

Vesh is good letting Grampus & Dwarfs their fun, since he did suggest it.

Aldbane will join Grampus and kin at the goblin-party.

Grampus would be honored to share the glory with Aldbane.

The door is wrenched open, and the goblins are waiting and jamming the door.

You have a choice - have Grampus solo a couple of goblins, or try to bowl your way in so that Aldbane and the others get in and swamp them next turn. If he does that, he will suffer a couple of attacks
