Franklin listens at the door.

He hears a grumbling "Where are my guards? What do I pay them for? Guess I'll have to take care of the intruders myself"

(Assuming Franklin quickly shares this tidbit of information) Maloof indicates for everyone to press themselves against the north wall, to either side of the door, in order to ambush whomever comes out.

Aldbane will do as Maloof suggests, readying his hold person spell if it has not been used in this Delve, otherwise he'll just have his hammer ready.

Franklin does share the information. He orders Balbo, Drogo and Sconces to stay out of harm's way, then draws his magic sword and uses his elven cloak to prepare for ambush.

Rhod will join the line of ambushers.

The door opens, but you do not see anyone emerge.
