Maloof is currently in Room 22. He wants to head north into Room 23 when everyone is ready.
I fixed the map. Perhaps we just didn't see that door earlier because we were just looking into the room from the hallway, we didn't fully enter it to see all the way down to the right past the curtains.

Did we look behind the curtains yet? If not, Franklin will volunteer to do so. (Unless Wiglaff's detect magic indicates that the curtains are more than they appear.)

I am going to place Franklin just about to enter Room 22, and Wiglaff and his hirelings in room 25 searching, the rest sort of loosely in room 22, on guard
The door that leads to the circular chamber that held the huge cooking pot and ogre, that you descended by a rope into, opens, and you see hideous creatures that may have once been men, with glowing red eyes and a stench of the grave, about to rush you

Aldbane presents his holy symbol and attempts to turn the creatures before they can do any harm.

Franklin stands ready to attack if any of the undead resist Albane's holy symbol. He draws his magic sword and steps forward, swapping places with his archers. "Balbo, Drogo! Don't let them touch you. I'll take care of this."

Maloof pulls out a flask of Holy Water and hurls it at the creatures, hopefully while they are still massed near the door.

If Wiglaff hears anything going on, he'll make his way back into Room 22 to aid in the battle.
If he discerns in time that undead are involved, he calls: "Phillippe! Holy water!" He'll take the holy water from his porter and proceed to toss it at the undead.
If he doesn't hear anything, then he and his team will continue searching the room.

DM: coffee hasn't stopped by in about 6 weeks, but I assume Rhod will want to attack
The ghouls charge, and the front row shrieks as their flesh starts to melt from the holy water that Maloof smashes on them, then Aldbane imperiously gestures them away, and they turn and run out teh door from which they came
MECHANICS
We'll have Maloof throw, ghoul charge, Aldbane turn, then roll initiative between ghouls and party to see when Franklin and Rhod get their attacks
I also see I made this ruling:
HOLY WATER: Does 1d6 damage to undead for 1d6 rounds. Additional Holy Water does additional damage. I will make it hit target, and the two adjacent can save vs wands for 1/2 damage
Maloof throws Holy water, hits lead ghoul for 4 damage, another ghoul for 4 damage, and a third for 2 damage
Aldbane turns all 5 ghouls

I stop by pretty much every week day, but if I don't have anything to say I don't say it.

Wiglaff pokes his head out of the bedroom.
"Well, we're all done in here, best move on -- wait, what's all that holy-water steam? Did something happen?"
After getting up to date, Wiglaff pops back into the bedroom to open the north door -- just to make sure it leads where it should logically lead.
Then he's ready to continue onward, and suggests they try to the south-east.
