Immersive Ink

Not that many people 'need' them, but I was a bit surprised to see that I couldn't find the rules on gaining experience in the v3 manuals. I posted here, as I thought they might be hiding from me in this volume or perhaps the 'Monsters & Treasures' volume. Can I get an assist? I'm sure the XP gain is 100/hd and then 1 per 1gp etc, but just thought I'd ask. Ways or another mod, if I have posted this in the wrong volume, can you move it please? Thanks, folks!
